By using the profile card, the booking page or the collabs page, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Purpose of the service

The site presents a creator profile and its links, and lets you send a collab or booking request (photo shoot, video content, event or appearance, brand partnership), join an event, suggest an idea and keep a creator profile. A request is only a first contact: it is neither a confirmed booking, nor a contract, nor a commitment on our part.

Minimum age

Some links on the site lead to adult-content platforms. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the site and to send a collab request.

No guarantee of response

We read requests, but we do not undertake to answer them, to accept them, or to do so within any given time. The dates, cities and collab types entered in the form are wishes, not guaranteed availability. Any accepted collab is subject to a separate agreement, including written consent for capturing and publishing images.

Your X account and your content

You sign in with your own X account and must only use accounts you hold. What you enter (message, bio, links, suggestions) remains your responsibility: it must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe the rights of others. We may remove a profile, a request or a suggestion at our sole discretion. Creator profiles and event participant lists are public; do not submit anything you do not want displayed.

External services and links

The site links out to third-party services (X, WhatsApp, Telegram, content platforms, shops, payment pages). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. No payment is processed on this site.

Intellectual property

The site's text, images, videos and brand elements belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent, other than by sharing a link to the site.

Liability

The site is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect damages arising from the use of the site, from an unanswered request or from a third-party service.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada. How your personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
